Review of Transitions from Beautiful Girlhood to Noble Womanhood #3 True Beauty

What you do speaks so loud I can't hear what you say. When the two messages conflict this cliché rings loud and clear. However, when what you do is harmonious with what you say a symphony of true beauty cascades over your community. When this symphony is in the form of beautiful girlhood growing into noble, Biblical, Christian womanhood the effect on society is a true work of beauty.

Anna Sohpia and Elizabeth Botkin exhibit a symphony of praise to the Great God of the Biblical Christian in “Transitions from Beautiful Girlhood to Noble Womanhood”, the third volume in the “True Beauty” series from the Vision Forum father daughter retreat. The depth in which they proclaim this message is a testament to their transitioning from beautiful girlhood to a Biblical womanhood.

Of particular interest in their exposition of beautiful girlhood is their relationship with their brothers. It is evident that the Botkin girls have caught the multi-generational vision of affecting society for the Kingdom of God as they encourage their brothers toward Biblical manhood. They portray how true beauty is not only found in Biblical, Christian womanhood, but that true beauty reigns when men fulfill their God given role as Biblical men as well.

The other cliché that resounds as you listen to the third message in the “True Beauty” series is; “the hand that rocks the cradle rules the world”. Again, the maturity in which Anna Sophia and Elizabeth present the Biblical doctrine of Christian womanhood demonstrates that they are transitioning from beautiful girlhood to noble womanhood. They will change the world as they follow through with their commitment to Biblical womanhood. When more young girls catch the vision shared in “True Beauty; Transitions from Beautiful Girlhood to Noble Womanhood” society will be reformed.

On Mother's Day every year we expect to hear a sermon on the Proverbs 31 woman, but is that the sermon that you expect to hear at a retreat dealing with father-daughter relationships? Proverbs 31 is what you get from Scott Brown in the second installment of the “True Beauty” series from Vision Forum.

Review of True Beauty, What Is It? #4 True Beauty

When the average Christian begins to think about true beauty from a spiritual point of view we think of inner beauty. In his message “True Beauty, What Is It?” Doug Phillips takes this concept one step further . The principles proclaimed in this message are helpful in an understanding of all of the beauty that we see in God's creation. However, Mr. Phillips focuses on true beauty in women, and how fathers can kindle true beauty in their daughters.
