What is your return policy?

We insist on a hassle-free return & exchange policy! Your satisfaction is our goal.  We realize that from time to time, you may need to exchange an item for a different size.  Or perhaps the item you selected just didn't look right on you and you would prefer to return it.  No problem!  If you need a return or exchange, simply complete our return form (see returns and exchanges page) and send it to us along with your item(s) within 30 days.  We will promptly effect an exchange or refund your purchase - whichever you choose.

How much is shipping?

Due to the fact they we wish to offer a variety of products we deal with several suppliers who may have different shipping methods.  The shipping cost is a flat rate of $6.95 for your first garment and an additional $3.00 for each additional item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Some suppliers offer ready made clothing that will be shipped within a day or two of your order most of the time. Other suppliers offer custom made clothing to fit your specific needs and will take longer to ship.

Is your site secure?

Yes!  Our site is hosted on secure servers and our checkout process is encrypted for your protection.

Do you charge sales tax?

Residents of Ohio will pay 6% during checkout.

I am local to Northeast Ohio, can I save on shipping by picking my purchase up?

Most of the clothes in our store are created out of state and shipped directly to you from our suppliers. However, as we add suppliers from Northeast Ohio we will state that “this garment is crafted in Northeast Ohio” in the description of the item and we will refund shipping costs if you wish to pick your item up.
