Thie 8-panel long skirt with matching fabric belt is modest with flair! The panels are accented by thin serged seams stitched down along the outside of the skirt to add a subtle accent. The skirt lies so smoothly these seams are not readily apparent until viewed from close up. The belt rests nearly 2" below the serged waistline. The fabric feels luxurious and hangs very gracefully, an attractive and flexible addition to any wardrobe! Fully lined.
