Lovely little sailor dress in Navy & white linen blend. This navy blue dress is trimmed in white at the sleeve hems and around the raised waist. The neckline is also trimmed in white and meets in a small "V" at the front before continuing to the waistband. A small bow with a round flower decorates the center of the waistband.
